   Gourmet, Custom, Scratch

Gourmet: Valhrona and Callebaut chocolates as well as Droste cocoa powders are used in all of Cotton's gourmet chocolate cakes and desserts. 

Fresh Madagascar Vanilla Bourbon extract is used in all of Cotton's cakes and desserts.

Only natural oils from lemons, oranges and limes are used to achieve the highest flavor. No citrus extracts are used. 

Custom: Cotton's designer cake flavors have been created with the most delectable pairing of fillings and buttercreams to compliment each cake. She is happy to accommodate special requests from the engaged couple for alternate cake flavor combinations.

Scratch: All cakes are lovingly made from scratch, freshly baked to order - just for you 24 hours prior to your wedding. No preservatives, additives or cake mixes are used. So please enjoy within 3 days.
